Action Experience

 At the very start, we designed the questionnaire contents in the third person. But later we found that such questions look like torturing the prisoners to force them to make a confession of their crime. Therefore, we designed these questionnaires from the angle that we are interviewed. In this way, the tone looks kindly and amiable. After the completion of questionnaire design, we took the questionnaires to each class to request the students and parents to fill them in. Thus, this stage came to an end. The subsequent questionnaire recovery is more complicated. We had to gain the questionnaire statistics results in one certain software and more than 100 items had to be filled in. Fortunately, I’m good at playing games, so I can do this job faster than others. Thus, I can have more time to continue to type my verbatim transcription. I have understood that my weakness is to design a problem, but I’m good at question statistics. So I will work hard to reinforce my weakness later, so as to make the question design become my strength.

After the outline of questionnaire on Luzhou Cup is confirmed, we have changed it repeatedly until it is perfect. Then, the questionnaires are distributed to students to fill in. During the period when the questionnaires are collected, I am very expectant! After the results of questionnaire on Luzhou Cup come out, we have found that people’s support degree is higher and many people have provided advice to us. They advise that the cup should have the function of thermal and cold insulation. For instance, do they like the large or small cups, and do they like the cups with or without belt? Such questions are of great importance to our activity. If the people’s opinions are considered, it will be easier to make the cups they want and people will have greater willingness to use this kind of cup.After the questionnaire results come out and our desired information is gained, we have another more important thing to do, namely we need to talk with the store owners to ask whether they can cooperate with us to complete this plan on Luzhou Cup. The teacher has required us to practice the interview for several times. After the practice, we are a little excited and nervous to talk with the store owners. Of course, our purpose is not to let students frequently go to the beverage store to buy the beverages where too much sugar is added but to let them use this kind of cup more frequently to reduce the use of disposable paper cups and plastic cups. In this case, we hope that they can use this kind of cup to hold water after they drink the beverage.

After the questionnaire results are counted, we have found that people’s support degree for this activity is very high. The support degree in 647 questionnaire is 7~10. As a result, people look forward to this cup. Of course, I also hope that Luzhou Cup can be used positively!  We really enjoy the whole process from the design of questionnaire on Luzhou Cup to questionnaire collection and statistics and we also hope that the Luzhou Cup to be made will be favored by everyone like the process of this activity.
